Kids Making a Difference
Some of our biggest supporters come in small packages! Through lemonade stands, birthday donation drives, wish lists, and other creative fundraisers, young people across the country are helping us bring birthday smiles to children in need. If you’d like to get involved, here are a few ways kids can help:
🎂 Birthday Donations – Instead of receiving gifts, ask friends and family members to make a donation to Operation Birthday.
🍋 Lemonade Stands & Fundraisers – Host a lemonade stand, bake sale, craft sale, or other fun event and donate the proceeds.
🎁 Wish Lists – Create a wish list filled with toys, games, books, and birthday items they love! Not only does it make giving more fun, but it also gives your child a chance to think about what might bring joy to another child on their special day. Simply create a wish list, and we’ll provide an Operation Birthday shipping address so donated items are sent directly to us. It’s an easy, hands-on way for kids to get involved and make a real impact while eliminating the challenge of shipping costs.

Candles & Kindness
Every dollar raised and every item donated helps create a special birthday celebration for a child who might not otherwise have one. We can’t wait to spotlight the incredible young people who are helping us #bringonthebirthdaysmiles!

Donate Items
While we appreciate donated items that are unopened, please keep in mind our Birthday Kits are custom and the parent / guardian gets to request what items and themes their child would prefer. We try to be as eco friendly as possible so we only provide items that have been requested to ensure there is no added waste. Below is a list of the most popular items provided in our Birthday Kits.
