“I have a set of two yr old twins (one boy & one girl). I’m a single mom struggling to find work right now. I have no other help or support. I love my twins dearly, they are very loving and bright. I haven’t really been able to celebrate their birthday these past couple of years but now that they are older I would like to be able to do something for them this year. I just found out my son has sensory issues and so I’m waiting to have autism testing done when he turns 3 this year. “I recently moved into a trailer from a domestic violence shelter with my 3 children. I now live my life for my kiddos and being the best mom I can be - enjoying every part of my new life. It might be sad and difficult but it’s mine and I decide how to live each minute. I currently am working at the local animal shelter to earn my monthly pay check but it never fully covers bills and utilities. I keep going for my family. I don’t even own a car (just an added expense I cannot afford) so I depend on dial a ride when needed.
